My name is Benen, and I’m an English teacher from the United States. I enjoy helping learners develop stronger English skills while becoming more comfortable and confident using the language in everyday situations. My goal is to create a friendly, patient, and supportive learning environment where you can learn at your own pace.
My lessons are interactive and practical. Rather than spending the entire class listening to me explain things, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to speak, ask questions, practice new vocabulary, and use English in realistic situations. I focus on the kind of American English you are likely to hear and use in everyday conversations, work, travel, and social situations.
I also take a student-focused approach to teaching. Every learner has different goals, strengths, challenges, and learning preferences, so I adapt my lessons accordingly. Whether you want to become more fluent in conversation or work on a specific area of English, we can build lessons around what you need most.
I can help you improve your conversational English through relaxed and engaging speaking lessons. If you prefer a more structured approach, I can also create focused lessons to help you develop your grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
